1. How can I contact customer support?

2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We are happy to assist with address changes! Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Note: We can only modify the shipping address before the package is processed and shipped. Please provide your order number and the new address in your email to speed up the process.


3. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it for you. Please contact our support team immediately at service@irregularer.com. Once the order has entered the shipping phase, we are unable to cancel it, but you may follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.


4. Which countries and regions do you ship to?

We are proud to offer international shipping! 5. Why was my payment declined?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, and Klarna. If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Card Details: Expiration date, cardholder name, and CVV/security code.

  • Billing Address: Ensure it matches the address on file with your bank.

  • Credit Limit: Verify you have sufficient funds or haven't hit a limit. If the problem persists, we recommend trying a different card or using PayPal for a smoother checkout.


6. What should I do if I didn't receive a confirmation email?

If you don't see an email from us within an hour of ordering:

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  2. Verify if you entered the correct email address at checkout.

  3. You can log into your account on irregularer.com to view your order status. If you still need help, email us at service@irregularer.com.


7. How do I use a "Coupon Code"?

At checkout, you will see a field to enter your discount code.

  • To apply: Enter the code exactly as received (no extra spaces) and click “Apply”.

  • Note: Coupons cannot be combined; only one code can be used per order. Please ensure the discount is reflected in your total before completing the purchase.


8. What sizes do you offer?

As an inclusive American retro brand, we offer an extensive size range from S to 7XL. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page to find your perfect fit, as retro cuts may vary by style.
