Shipping & Delivery Policy

At irregularer, we are committed to delivering our premium American retro apparel and fashion essentials to customers worldwide as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Timeline

Your order experience is divided into two phases:

  • Processing Time: This includes order verification, quality inspection (checking for loose threads, fabric quality, and sizing accuracy), and careful packaging. All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 72 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: This refers to the duration it takes for your new favorite pieces to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

We offer Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance for all orders. Estimated delivery windows are as follows (assuming items are in stock):

Note: Depending on order volume, seasonal demand (such as holidays), and customs processing, shipping may occasionally take longer than estimated. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality for every shipment.


3. Shipping Protection & Insurance

  • Standard Insured Shipping: If your item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided sufficient proof (such as photos of the packaging and item) is submitted to our support team.

  • Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is prioritized at the top of our daily fulfillment list. While total shipping times remain subject to carrier conditions, your order receives "first-out" handling and full insurance coverage.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Update Period: It frequently takes 3 to 7 days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

  • How to Track: We recommend using global tracking platforms like 17Track.net for the most accurate real-time updates.


5. Multiple Shipments

To provide you with the fastest service, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations. In such cases, you may receive your items (e.g., a T-shirt and a hat) at slightly different times.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify your order (specifically size, color, or shipping address), please email us at service@irregularer.com within 24 hours of placement.

Important: Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unfortunately unable to make further changes. Please double-check your selection and the Size Guide before finalizing your purchase.
